Our Care Xpertz employees work around-the-clock, as we know that it is a round-the-clock responsibility to care for loved ones. We are aware that most emergencies take place at night and we can assist you with the support you require to handle the situation. Our call-on managers provide outstanding customer service representation and advice at any time it is required.

In contrast with a majority of caregiver agencies who require their clients to use their services for a minimum of four to six hours per day, at Care Xpertz, we require only two hours. Within two hours a day, our caregiver can provide assistance to your loved ones. We also provide a 24 hour caretaker depending on the need of your loved one.

Due to a busy schedule, you may be unable to prepare a healthy meal for your aged family member or take them for a walk. We understand that it is not an easy task to care for ill or aged loved ones and keep up with the needs of their health.

This is why our Caregivers are sent to designated homes or locations, to provide assistance where it is needed.

This monitoring system allows us to keep records on our caregivers and record their attendance and response to emergencies to ensure that a caregiver arrives within ten minutes. Where a caregiver fails to reach the home of the senior within the time, we reach out to him/her until they arrive the home safely.
